Subscriptions Executive, Harmonia
Harmonia Magazines, Ireland’s largest magazine publisher, is looking for a subscriptions executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day administration of subscriptions to Harmonia’s market leading magazines. The role includes input to and management of the subscription database, customer relations, advertising scheduling and stock management.
The ideal candidate will be numerate, proficient in Excel, organised, methodical and have a keen eye for detail. Experience of the publishing industry will be an advantage but a strong track record in process fulfilment will also be taken into account. Above all the successful candidate will be a good communicator and be able to work as part of a team.

Harmonia Sales/Marketing Internship
You’ll be working alongside some truly excellent sales, events and marketing professionals from whom you’ll learn a lot. You’ll be hands-on, doing work that will have a real impact on the company’s commercial business activities.
Duties and responsibilities;
•Provide hands-on support to the sales team – administration, databasing, Advertorials and ad hoc duties
•Assist across Events within the company
•Work on our sales & marketing collateral to help out with its continued development
•Assist with our social media where necessary – Ezines etc.
•Record contact information in our sales database
•Participate in commercial team meetings, brainstorming and planning
Skills & Qualifications;
We expect you to have the following core skills & qualifications:
•Extremely good written skills with a very high attention-to-detail
•Great verbal communication skills and the desire to learn
•A high degree of self-motivation and a competitive drive to succeed
•Strong MS Office skills

Advertising Sales Executive – Harmonia Publishing
Harmonia, Ireland’s largest magazine publisher is looking for a professional, experienced, ambitious and successful Advertising Sales Executive to work on one of our flagship consumer titles.

Following is a brief outline of the role and responsibilities;
•Report directly to the Commercial Director.
•Generate revenues and achieve targets. Ability to source new business and maximise existing accounts.
•Manage and develop client relationships.
•Ability to track targets and deliver on performance.
•Ability to recognise potential new areas to generate revenue, including sponsorship and events and work with your Director to implement your plans.
•Ability to plan efficiently and effectively.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience;
•Minimum of 3+ years of Media Sales experience.
•Knowledge of advertising marketplace in Ireland.
•Strong Account Management Experience.
•Target Driven with a proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets.
•Team Player who is proactive and has the ability to work on own initiative.
•The ability to effectively identify customer needs in order to maximise sales opportunities.
•Outgoing professional with excellent communication skills who has the ability to make a real impact on this successful title. The ability to sell both on the phone and face to face.
•The flexibility to be able to work efficiently on a range of titles when needed
•Experience working to deadlines and under pressure
•Excellent time management and organizational skills.
•Strong IT skills – Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
Salary and benefits;
This is a target driven role with a basic salary DOE and a performance driven commission structure.
